Sesame oil/ Til oil :

Sesame oil contains antioxidant substance which may help  joints, reduce  arthritis , and increases joint mobility and flexibility. Joints Pain and inflammation may be reduced by massaging joints with sesame seed oil.

Coconut oil:

Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties, once again due to the high lauric acid levels. This makes coconut oil a good choice for relieving painful joints and muscles and highly effective for body massage.

Sahachara:

Sahachara plant is the main ingredient in this Sahacharadi Kashayam. Rasna:
