Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
All verified orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Jabalpur or Mumbai fulfillment facilities within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
Orders received before 12:00 PM IST on working days are prioritized for same-day or next-morning dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 6 business days.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Standard shipping charges are calculated transparently at checkout based on order weight and destination pin code. Promotional free delivery is automatically applied on qualifying order values as advertised on our website.

Hygienic & Tamper-Evident Packaging
Every herbal formulation is sealed in protective, multi-layer cushioning boxes to prevent transit damage, leakage, or environmental exposure. If you receive a parcel with a visibly broken or tampered outer seal, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
